1. Information you choose to share

When you request an estimate, call, text, or email Giant, you may share details such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, preferred service, photos, notes about access, and scheduling details. Giant uses that information to respond, prepare a quote, schedule work, complete the job, and follow up when needed.

2. Jobber estimate and payment flow

Estimate requests and some customer communications are handled through Jobber, the service platform Giant uses for scheduling, customer records, invoices, and payments. Information entered in a Jobber form is processed by Jobber on Giant's behalf. Jobber has its own privacy practices, available at getjobber.com/privacy.

3. Calls, texts, and email

If you call (512) 880-1838 or email getaquotewithgiant@gmail.com, Giant uses the contact information and message details you share to answer questions, confirm service details, schedule work, and follow up about the job.

4. Website analytics, Meta Business Tools, and advertising measurement

If you choose to accept analytics and marketing cookies, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, referral sources, general location, device and browser type, and page performance. Analytics helps Giant see which pages are useful and whether the site is working well.

With that same choice, Giant may use Meta Business Tools, including the Meta Pixel and, if enabled, the Meta Conversions API. Meta may receive website activity such as pages viewed, browser and device information, and actions Giant chooses to measure. Giant uses this information for attribution, measurement, audience matching, and advertising.

Where a Giant-controlled contact form supports Advanced Matching, Meta may receive certain normalized, SHA-256 hashed contact identifiers, such as an email address or phone number, for matching and measurement. This website does not collect Jobber form entries, and no Jobber contact, property-address, or payment data is sent from Jobber through this website's Pixel. If Giant enables the Conversions API, selected event data may also be sent directly from Giant's server to Meta.

5. Cookies and tracking choices

Google Analytics and Meta Business Tools may use cookies or similar identifiers for analytics and advertising measurement. You can choose "No thanks" or "I’m in" when the site asks, and can reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, use Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or review advertising choices through the Digital Advertising Alliance.

6. How information is used

• Respond to estimate requests and schedule the work.
• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, job notes, invoices, or payment links.
• Complete requested services and support customer questions.
• Improve which pages and services are easiest to find.
• Maintain business, tax, accounting, and legal records.

7. When information is shared

Giant does not sell, rent, or trade customer contact information. Giant shares information only with service providers needed to run the business, such as Jobber for estimates, scheduling, invoices, and payments; Google for the Business Profile, Maps presence, and site analytics; Meta Platforms and its related companies for the Meta Business Tools described above; and payment processors used through Jobber. Giant may also share information if required by law, to protect the business, or to resolve a customer request.

8. Retention

Giant keeps customer information for as long as needed to provide services, manage records, handle follow-up, and meet business, tax, accounting, or legal obligations. If information is no longer needed, Giant may delete it or keep it only in a limited recordkeeping form.

9. Your choices

To request a copy of the information Giant holds about you, ask Giant to update it, or ask Giant to delete it, email getaquotewithgiant@gmail.com from the email address on file. Giant will respond within a reasonable time. Some records, such as invoices, payment records, and job history, may need to be kept for business, tax, accounting, or legal reasons.

10. Children

This site is intended for adults arranging window cleaning at their property. Giant does not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Updates to this policy

Giant may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the "last updated" date at the top of the page will be updated.
